Who we are — and what we are not
passageforms is a tool that helps you fill out official USCIS forms in your own language. Being clear about what that means matters more here than anywhere else.
What we do
We ask you the questions a form asks, in your language, with a plain explanation of what each question means. Your answers are placed onto the official English USCIS form, and you download the finished PDF to check, sign, and mail yourself.
We are not a law firm
We do not give legal advice. We cannot tell you which form to file, whether to file, or how to answer any question about your own situation. If you are unsure, talk to a licensed immigration attorney or a DOJ-accredited representative.
We are not the government
We are a private company with no affiliation to USCIS or any government agency. Every form we help you fill is available for free at uscis.gov — what you pay us for is the guided experience in your language.
We never file for you
You download, review, sign, and mail your forms yourself. We never submit anything to USCIS and never collect a government fee.
You are in control
You are responsible for checking that every page is accurate before you sign it. We transcribe what you tell us — nothing more.
