What we collect, what we never collect, and when data is deleted.

What we collect
Your email address and language preference when you create an account; payment records handled by Stripe; and, only if you choose to save progress, an encrypted file we cannot decrypt.
What we never collect
Your form answers in readable form. Names, addresses, identification numbers and every other answer stay on your device or reach us only as encrypted data without the key.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe on their own pages. We never see or store card numbers. The only personal detail attached to a payment is your email address.
Emails we send
Sign-in links, receipts, and a warning before saved progress is deleted. Our emails never contain your answers.
Deletion
Saved progress is permanently deleted 30 days after last activity, and immediately if you delete it yourself. Deleted data leaves our backups within 30 days. Deleting your account removes everything except an anonymized payment record kept for accounting.
No tracking
We do not use advertising trackers, session recording, or social media pixels. We do not sell or share personal information.
Requests from authorities
If we are legally required to hand over data, what exists to hand over is an email address and encrypted files we cannot open. We cannot produce your answers, because we never have them.
