What the service is
passageforms is a self-help tool that places the answers you provide onto official USCIS PDF forms and explains what the forms ask, using the official instructions. It is not legal advice and no attorney-client relationship is created.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the truth and accuracy of every answer, for reviewing every page of the finished forms before signing, and for filing them with USCIS yourself, with the correct government fee.
What we promise
We fill the official current edition of each form with exactly what you told us, and we protect your data as described in our privacy policy.
What we do not promise
We make no promises about what happens after you file. Processing of applications is entirely up to the government.
Payment
Prices are shown before you pay. Payment unlocks downloading the completed forms. Government fees are separate and paid by you directly to USCIS.
Account termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service.
Liability
